The upgraded Assessment Centre Tool includes a 'test yourself' interactive quiz to check your understanding of employers' assessment centres as well as 11 learning guides and 6 videos of comprehensive advice on what assessment centres are and why employers use them. The tool also includes practical tips on how to prepare for and perform well in the activities you may be asked to complete on the day such as ice-breakers, group exercises, interviews, presentations and in-tray exercises. As you work through the advice, your progress will be saved, showing which sections you have yet to explore the next time they open the tool.
