Fashion Minority Alliance (FMA) is a non-profit organisation set up to help increase diversity and inclusion within the fashion, beauty and creative industries.
FMA activities have included:
- Hosting workshops and talks at schools, youth clubs and universities.
- Securing Living Wage work experience for 40 BIPOC/BAME individuals, at prestigious global companies.
- Providing mentors for BIPOC/BAME owned brands.
- Placing BIPOC/BAME trainees across a high street retailer’s entire AW21 fashion campaigns.
FMA offer students the opportunity to sign up to their free, comprehensive digital Directory, tapping into a pool of talented Black and Minority individuals dedicated to diversity, inclusion, equity, and responsible practices.
