Most employers use psychometric, personality or aptitude testing to assess the suitability of candidates during the hiring process - they are often used in assessment centres. Unlike psychometric or personality tests, however, aptitude tests do have a right or wrong answer, so practising them can make a big difference to your chances of being hired.
