The Top 50 Employers for Women 2015 list, compiled by The Times in partnership with Opportunity Now, has just been published.

The list does not rank the employers but simply lists them in an alpha order. It is free for any employer in the UK to enter. All companies within the Top 50 have demonstrated that gender equality is a key part of their business strategy, with consistent commitment to progressing women in the workplace that covers their entire organisation, not just separate areas. The employers have also submitted detailed information on their internal and external activities to promote gender equality, diversity and inclusion. Each entry was then assessed by experts from Opportunity Now.
