If you’re facing financial difficulty, you can apply for extra help from the university through the FAF (Financial Assistance Fund).

All financial support is non-repayable. Applications to the fund are assessed on eligibility and need. To be eligible for the fund you must:

• be studying for an undergraduate or postgraduate, full-time or part-time degree or foundation degree
• be ordinarily resident in the UK or EU
• have taken out the full amount of tuition fee and maintenance loan available to you
