If you completed your studies sometime after July 2014 and no longer have access to your University email address, please complete the Lost Account form. Please include a personal email address with your Lost Account request in order to receive a confirmation email.

Please note: the Future Plan team can support University of Gloucestershire graduates, and provide access to the Future Plan portal, for three years after graduation:

  • Support and access up to 30 November 2017 if you graduated in 2014
  • Support and access up to 30 November 2018 if you graduated in 2015
  • Support and access up to 30 November 2019 if you graduated in 2016
  • Support and access up to 30 November 2020 if you graduated in 2017
